Consultant Human Resources Development a.i. - VERVULD -

The Human Resources Develeopment (HRD) activities in the organization and business units are in strong development, keeping pace with the organisational growth. The present HRD team is part of the HR team and needs to be reinforced on short notice, to further develop HRD structures and respond timely and effectively to HRD-related questions, especially in the field of content-related interventions.

The job will be performed in close cooperation with the other members of the HRD team.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage entire process from initial request to implementation and follow-up on training and development demands from internal clients;
  
• Maintain contact with internal clients for these processes;
  
• Maintain contact with the HR consultants on these issues;
  
• Give advice on existing training and development interventions and implement improvements;
  
• Contribute, also in other aspects, to the development of a consistent HRD framework.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has university level educational background that includes development of training and development interventions;
  
• Has minimum 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing of content-related training interventions;
  
• Has proven affinity with and basic knowledge of the (preferably sustainable) energy sector;
  
• Has experience as trainer;
  
• Understands how adults learn and is familiar with various forms of training deployment;
  
• Enjoys working in an international environment and is able to communicate in fluent English, both verbally and in writing;
  
• Is able to dive into new subject matter and master new topics quickly;
  
• Is a team player and a good communicator;
  
• Has a responsible attitude and is flexible.
