HR Advisor (m/v) - VERVULD -

As a part of the group HR Account Management Team, the HR advisor assists the HR Manager in providing a comprehensive HR service to the assigned account/s:

• To conduct all induction/intake of all new starters below manager level;
  
• To assist both the HR Manager and the HR Director in induction of senior level employees;
  
• To assist the HR Manager and HR Director with the recruitment and selection process;
  
• To administer employee benefits;
  
• To liaise with PAs regarding absence/holiday and ensure records are kept up to date;
  
• Responsible for the administration of the hiring and change of terms internal approval process and the administration of work and residency permits;
  
• To assist in managing relocation issues;
  
• To assist with exit interviews;
  
• To raise PO's for contractors, training etc;
  
• To maintain sickness records and act as the point of contact for employees and the Arbo Service.

For the position of HR advisor, we're searching for candidates that match the following profile:

• Higher professional education in the field of HR;
  
• 3 years experience working in the field of HR;
  
• An adept and confident communicator with strong inter-personal skills;
• effective in dealing with people at all levels;
  
• Comfortable working as part of a small team, a self-starter who is enthusiastic, willing and able to take on responsibility;
  
• Highly organised, pragmatic and reliable, with a high degree of accuracy through due attention to detail;
  
• Flexible and mature outlook, adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable managing workload;
  
• Logical and analytical, numerate and literate;
  
• Must have the ability to be discreet and confidential.
