HR Consultant - VERVULD -

• Leads job interviews and advices the Management to get the right person on the right spot to actualise an optimal complement of staff.
  
• Leads conversations and negotiates with candidates and employees about job offers and employment agreement matters regarding the Econcern policy to realise objectives effective and efficient.
  
• Communicates with all relevant parties involved about job offers, letters and agreements in sync with
  
• Organizational standards and provides short and effective processes.
  
• Executes the ARBO policy as an ARBO Coordinator and is directed to prevention, working conditions and sick leave within the Dutch organization.
  
• Executes introductions and orientation days and coordinates speakers/ managers on a content level regarding their contribution.
  
• Advises Management and employees requested and un-requested concerning HR policy and operational HR practises within the NL organization.
  
• Reports on content quantity and quality to HR Manager and parties involved regularly to inform about current and future situations and comes up with solutions.
  
• Takes part active in HR meetings and meetings with Management with a focus to optimise HR support to the business.
  
• Stays up-to-date with HR developments, incorporates relevant developments pro active and takes advantage of this for HR and the organization.

• Higher education/ University degree in HR
  Specific additional education;
  
• Several years of experience in a knowledge driven and international surrounding;
  
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, other foreign language is an advantage
